We had an amazing experience with Blue Sky Puppies! Jessica was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, kind, and answered all of our questions throughout the process. She even put a note on Ace’s kennel letting the staff know he was waiting for his family and texted me to let me know he’d be waiting for us. That personal touch meant so much. We brought home a sweet, calm, healthy Havapoo, and our family couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Jessica, for making this such a special experience!

We had a great experience here! Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and patient. They answered all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the process. We never felt rushed, and they were happy to help with anything we needed. If you’re looking for a healthy, well-cared-for small breed puppy, I definitely recommend checking this place out. Thank you for making the experience such a positive one!

Excellent experience. From the first moment they were very friendly and answered all our questions. The puppy arrived clean, healthy and well cared for. You can see that they care about the well-being of their dogs and finding them a good home. The process was clear and professional, and they made us feel confident with our decision. We are very happy with our new family member. I totally recommend them!

Meet Crew the Multi-poo!🐾 This place was clean and Dana was great! The whole process of adopting this sweet little guy was seamless. Blue sky reached out to us multiple times after to check on him to make sure he was good and adjusting. I waited to make this review after having had him for two weeks to make sure he was the best puppy ever like I thought that he was. He is healthy. He is already potty, trained, smart energetic. We couldn’t be happier with this new addition to our family. Thanks again, blue sky puppies. Shout out to Dana for being so sweet to my family and giving us extra time to make sure he was the one. I would highly recommend this place to find your new family member.

Alyssa was great and we had a wonderful experience. Definitely come here and ask for her. Happy to bring a beagle girl home.
We are open today! Come visit our beautiful variety of all sizes of Labradoodle puppies we have for sale at Blue Sky Puppies!
The Labradoodle crosses a Labrador Retriever with a Poodle, and it comes in more than one size depending on whether a Standard or a Miniature Poodle stands behind the litter. This page brings both together.
The cross has a documented origin. In 1989 a breeding manager at the Royal Guide Dogs Association of Australia crossed a Labrador with a Standard Poodle, looking for a guide dog with a coat that shed less. The idea traveled a long way beyond its original purpose.
A standard Labradoodle is a large, athletic dog with real exercise requirements: a long daily walk, a run, fetch, or swimming, plus mental work on top. It needs space, leash training started early, and a household that enjoys being outdoors.
A mini Labradoodle carries much the same temperament in a more manageable frame. It still wants activity and engagement, but the scale of everything else changes: car space, food, grooming cost, and how easy the dog is to physically manage on a leash.
Adult size in a crossbreed is an estimate. Ask us what range to expect for the individual puppy rather than relying on a category name.
Both parents were bred to work closely with people, and both sizes reflect that. Labradoodles are typically friendly, enthusiastic, and highly trainable, with a strong wish to be part of whatever is happening.
They are also, in both sizes, poor candidates for long days alone. Company is what they want most, and building tolerance for absence is a deliberate training project rather than something to hope for.
Labradoodle coats fall into three broad descriptions, and this affects your weekly routine more than the dog’s size does.
A hair coat is straighter, sheds more, and needs the least grooming. A fleece coat is soft and wavy, sheds little, and needs regular brushing. A wool coat is tightly curled, sheds least, and needs the most work.
For fleece and wool coats, brush three or four times a week in sections down to the skin and book professional grooming every six to eight weeks. Coat texture often changes as the puppy matures, so ask us what to expect and start handling paws and ears in week one.
Both parents carry drop ears. Check and dry them weekly, particularly after swimming.
Both parents rank near the top for trainability, and reward-based methods work extremely well. Prioritize loose-leash walking and calm greetings early, because retriever enthusiasm arrives at speed in both sizes.
For standards, keep exercise low-impact while the puppy is still growing and feed a large-breed puppy formula.
The size difference is much easier to judge in the store. You can also look at each on its own: standard and mini.
