My boyfriend and I came on a Saturday after looking on their site the day before and seeing a male mini daschund who was absolutely beautiful so we knew what we wanted right away. We entered the shop and it was clean, smelled nice, and the staff was awesome. Jessica assisted with bringing us the puppy and helped with finalizing paperwork and going over our quote when we decided to finance. That’s one of the things I liked most, being able to finance made things a lot easier for us. Not alot of places allow you to finance, so I would definitely recommend this place if you’re unable to put down a lump sum of money when wanting to buy a puppy. Jessica also answered questions we had and made us feel confident that everything was legit and that we were taking home a healthy pup. She was overall very nice and extremely helpful :). We liked that he already came with a first round of shots, microchipped, AND the first basic exam and fecal test was free. They are partnered with coastal animal clinic and the first exam went really well. The only downside is that the closest one is in Tampa so it’s a little bit of a drive. Any shots needed, along with heartworm medication, is not free but it wasn’t too expensive. This was expected and not a surprise. Blue sky puppies even supplied us with wet and dry food along with puppy pads for the first couple of days. We’re really glad we chose this place to get our pup from because he’s super happy and healthy and that’s all we could have asked for. We named him Levi <3 Thanks blue sky puppies

We purchased our puppy from Blue Sky puppies and i can tell you that we are extremely satisfied with the level of customer service we received pre, during and post service. Our puppy Sergeant had to wait a few days until Vet cleared him to go home. We went every afternoon to see him and the staff was very nice. Made us feel welcome all the time. They also helped with the purchase process and after we took him home they continue to follow up with us to check on him or if we need anything. I would like to give the shouts out to one of the girls Amy. She is super nice, very professional, eager to help and most of all you can tell she loves dogs (all staff there loves dogs). She took care of Sergeant like her own dog while he had to stay there for a few days. All ladies did, but wanted to give her a shout out because she helped us with the process from beginning to the end. Amy, we will come back with Sergeant for you to see him. He is getting big :). As for the prices, are great, affordable and they also have financing options if somebody needs.

I purchased a BEAUTIFUL FEMALE CORGI from this orlando store and let me tell you , ITS SO WORTH IT! They say they don’t come potty trained but I think they are ! I PERSONALLY don’t agree to puppy stores BUT the environment that the puppies are kept, the care they show and they knowledge they have of the puppies are beyond your expectations! I have been to neighboring puppy stores but this store BLUE SKY PUPPIES are the TRUE definition of QUALITY PUPPIES ! the Prices are AMAZING ! I wish I could give this place 30 stars ! By the way , Make sure you come on a day you are able to play with your favorite breeds because they variety is so OVERWHELMING and it’s a GREAT experience. I will be back to find my annie a sister or brother in the coming weeks ! We had a great experience while picking out our new puppy. We visited several times to find the perfect puppy for our daughter. All of the employees were kind and very helpful. On the day we purchased our puppy, we worked with Edualys. She was awesome and had a lot of patience with us when we were still undecided. She did not rush us and encouraged us to take our time to make the right decision. Edualys was very knowledgeable about the puppies and how the process worked from start to finished. The final process of filling out the documents to take our puppy home was organized and efficient. I would recommend coming here as there are multiple puppies to choose from and the unlimited time to spend with a puppy to pick the one best for the family.

I had such a wonderful time picking out my puppy here! Nessa was the associate who helped me and she was so amazing. She answered all of my questions, and made the process so quick and easy. I also overheard Heath (maybe Keith if I misheard his name) helping these gentlemen with their puppy. He wrote down a list of things they would need for the first night which was so kind of him. We visited Blue Sky after doing a significant amount of research on breeds and pet stores. We were super impressed with the cleanliness and selection of puppies. All of the dogs were alert and energetic. Tanner worked with us; she was very knowledgeable about the all of the breeds. She also asked great questions to determine exactly what kind of dog would work for our lifestyle. We decided on an Aussie Poo and after spending some time with her, decided to take her home. I found this company through google and liked the perks I seen online. So me and my fiancé drove to the Orlando location. It’s even better in person, so many options and TOP TIER customer service. I was immensely accommodated. I was assisted by Michael, Angela, and Jorge. Dj even came in towards the end of my choosing but still assisted with amazing customer service. I have been searching for a nice Chihuahua puppy for my 82 year old mother for many months. She unfortunately had to put her little one to sleep after 16 years of companionship. I was happy to find exactly what we were looking for at Blue Sky Puppies. We met with Ruben and his associates at the store in Clemont. They were able to follow up on our pup quickly and professionally and helped us through the purchase process. The store was clean and odor free and all the pups looked happy and well taken care of in their spaces. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

This place is the BEST! The customer service is top tier. It’s so hard to find a place to buy puppies that don’t feel like they are puppy mills. We came for some puppy therapy and we got that and much more! We got a new addition to the family. A purebred Yorkiepoo. He is just under three months with all shots and a microchip included. The only shot not included was his rabies shot since that cannot be don’t until they are three months. Upon purchase, we received two bags of dry dog food and two cans of wet food, puppy pads, and a certificate with his information. The service was friendly and helpful and informative. The facility was clean and the dogs looked to be in good condition.

Bluesky puppies has been nothing but fantastic! I purchased another puppy a few months ago and unfortunately the dog got sick before I even picked her up. The manager Brandy was awesome in handling the situation. Not only was I given a refund, but I got a little bit of a store credit. I purchased a new dog today and the store kept their word and gave me a credit towards the purchased of this puppy. I couldn't be any happier with my experiences dealing with this company. Theu are professional and I'd buy from them again anytime!!!

This place exceeded beyond our expectations!! We walked in not expecting the customer service , breed selection or cleanliness to be what it was . The staff was so attentive and friendly , answered all our questions and (even if they weren’t knowledgeable) tried to find an answer or solution . We stayed for 3 hours trying to make a decision and not once did they drop the ball when it came to making us feel like a priority . We are so happy we found this place and would 10/10 recommend it . Great experience! My spouse and I fell in love with our Golden Retriever puppy and he has been nothing short of amazing. The sellers called the day after to make sure he was doing okay and to schedule his first vet appointment. They also called a few days later to check the status of the puppy and if he was seen. I appreciate their follow up since it shows they really do care about the puppies and their furever homes. Although the price is little up there, you can’t put a price on these precious babies. Highly recommend!

One of the best puppy stores I've ever seen. The staff is very helpful and they don't mind answering questions about the breeds. The selection is pretty diverse, but mainly smaller breeds. I was actually stunned at how quiet it was when I entered. There wasn't an absurd amount of barking which let's me know the dogs are played with fed and watered. The animals are all very clean but they did offer to bath and trim my newly purchased puppy for free which is awesome! Thanks blue sky 💙

I made and appointment to see a puppy. I have never been to this store before. I was pleasantly surprised. Jessica help me with the process of purchasing a puppy. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She made the whole experience easy and stress free. The store is clean and the puppies seem well taken care of. There was never any pressure to buy and all the other staff including the manager were friendly. All the staff seem to love and care for the animals. A great experience.

Trinity and Jay were so caring and patient during our time finding our newest puppy to add to our pack. We knew we wanted a larger breed and through looking at a few options they led us to our perfect new member of our family, a golden retriever, Brody! I was impressed how clean everything was. The staff was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. All of the puppies looked very well cared for and there was a large variety. I got my Teddy Bear puppy today and she is so sweet. My last name is Johnson Bair so of course I named her honey. I went in with one idea and left with the cutest little ball of fluff! We ended up with a Pomeranian boy he’s super sweet and we just love him!!! We’ve purchased a very cute puppy. He is the cutest ever. Our experience at Blue Sky Puppies was awesome! The ladies are very kind and guided us during the whole time. The after sale service was a great experience as well. They called us the next morning to ask if everything is ok with the puppy. Our new familymember is the best! We were looking for a male mini golden doodle found Blue Sky Puppies online. They showed us several puppies in the.Clearwater area where we saw the only male puppy they had. I called the store and she confirmed the male was still available. We drove over picked out the male golden doodle held him and took him home an hour later. He’s the best little puppy we’ve ever had. Had a great experience on my first and only visit to Blue Sky Puppies in Orlando, huge thanks to DJ who helped me throughout the whole process and answered all questions I had without a single problem. DJ had patients with my wife and I while we decide on which dog was the perfect one for us, we chose a Shorkie and couldn’t be happier. Just bought a Frenchie and the process was really easy without any pressure. Christian Battles was the associate who helped and was able to answer any questions and any concerns. Well I stop here on my vacation, I have been after a Goldendoodle for some time, saw one here fall in love put a deposit and pick him up 5 days later they call me to see if everything was ok, honestly I read the reviews after because I dont believe 100% on reviews because most of them are made by anger, my experience was good love my big puppy I name him Wookiee.

My girlfriend and I just moved to Florida and were searching for a Mini Goldendoodle but we were also open to other breeds. We found breeders online and the process and prices were ridiculous. We got a shiba inu from Blue Sky Puppies! Karolin and Aimee helped us when we first got to the stor! They answered all of our questions and were super attentive. I first came when the location opened up but felt a little iffy about the place. I then returned a few days ago, and the store has had an amazing transformation. After visiting the store down the street we weren’t sure what to expect here. Let me say it’s a warm and pet loving atmosphere. The store is very clean, the puppies all appeared to be very happy and their kennels are kept clean. Heath was our consultant he was a very genuine and compassionate employee who seems to love his job as well as the puppies here.

Went in to hopefully nab this adorable little iggy because we have a 3yo iggy at home in need of a sibling and this little guy looks so well taken care of, and Jay & Arantza were so great in assisting us and going over all the paperwork and giving additional tips for taking care of him! Would definitely come here again in the future for another pup!

We came in to view some of the puppies available. We found the one that needed us! Jorge, Yaimilie and Tyrone all helped us with the process. They were really busy tonight but all three of them were friendly and helpful and made the purchase easy. I would recommend Blue Sky puppies for the variety. There was a wide selection of different puppies that appeared to be happy and well care for. The staff was friendly, helpful and allowed enough time to play with different puppies. We got the health certificate with breeder info and a free vet visit and our puppy was healthy. Would definitely recommend over the pricier bigger chain.

What a great experience today with my wife! Daisha was extremely helpful and patient as we asked to spend time with several puppies. The puppies are a bit expensive but worth it in our opinion. One thing to know is that some times they have newer puppies in the back so if you have a specific breed you’re looking for be sure to ask!

So far so good! Heath & the staff we’re kind & courteous. So many different breeds. Heath was eager to answer any questions we had. The only down side which is a big one, there are no chairs inside the play pens & none while checking out. The check out process is quite long so make it more comfortable.

Alicia was literally the best here. She was kind and patient and made the puppy buying process a breeze! I literally love her positive attitude and her smile just made the room glow! I wish we could duplicate her! I left with a Boston terrier and she kept in the loop step by step and in what to expect.
