At the Nashville location this warranty is NOT included with your puppy; it is available there as an optional add-on purchase, in store, at time of sale. Ask a puppy counselor about availability, pricing and eligibility. This is a limited warranty. Its coverage, duration, eligibility, exclusions and remedies — and everything else that applies to your purchase, including any other warranties, guarantees, free services or free inclusions — are set out in full in your Companion Pet Purchase Contract and Guarantees paperwork, which governs. Ask your puppy counselor to walk you through the terms before you buy. Consumers are required to review their Companion Pet Purchase Contract terms and conditions in full and must fully agree to and execute the contract in order to complete any puppy purchase or adoption.
