*15 Year Puppy Limited Health Warranty (Effective for Sales On or After July 20, 2024) - For the first year of purchase, the consumer will be provided a limited viral and bacterial warranty and genetic warranty in accordance with the companion pet purchase contract executed at time of sale. Between years 2 to 5 from the date of purchase, should the puppy pass away due to congenital, or hereditary defects, as determined by two independent licensed veterinarians, on a letter signed, and dated on their company letterhead, the company will provide a 20% store credit toward purchase of a new puppy. For years 6 through 15, the company will provide a 10% store credit toward the purchase of a new puppy should the puppy pass away on account of a genetic or hereditary defect as determined by two independent licensed veterinarians on their letterhead. Under no circumstances, will the consumer be entitled to any refunds, or reimbursements of veterinary expenses or any cash reimbursements during years two through fifteen. Store does not maintain records beyond one year. Store credit associated with this warranty cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions. The consumer will be required to present its original purchase contract at time of store credit redemption along with all veterinary records. Not withstanding any other areas of our contract, website, or verbal promises, this extended limited warranty paragraph will prevail for purchase which include this provision explicitly in the Companion Pet Purchase Contract.
